地方政府治理研究评析

Analysis of Local Government Governance

地方政府治理目前在我国学术界还是一个较新的概念,它既是一种理论,也是一种实践运动。文章就国内外地方政府治理的研究现状,对与地方政府治理理论着重梳理和论述了地方政府治理的相关理论。首先阐释了地方政府治理理论的内涵,其次回顾了地方政府治理研究的国外现状和根源,以及当前我国关于地方政府治理的重点问题,对现今我国地方政府治理研究现状中存在的一些不规范现象作了简要的评析。

Local government governance at present academia is still a relatively new concept in our country.It is not only a theory,but also a kind of practice exercise.Since the reform and opening-up policy,local government has played an important role in promoting institutional reform,attracting investment,public service and other public affairs.In this paper,the domestic and abroad research status of local government governance and the theory of local government governance have been discussed.At first,we explain the connotation of local government governance theory.Secondly,the article review the governance of the local government foreign status and root causes,as well as the current problems about the focus of local governance in China.At last,we focus the non-standard phenomena in local government governance in our country and proposed some future research direction of local government governance.
