摘要
果聚糖的应用领域不断扩大,针对果聚糖组分的研究也越来越深入。不断发现不同结构的组分,但缺乏标准化的系统命名方法,不利于果聚糖产品有效成分的分析、推广及应用。本文重点探讨果聚糖的系统命名和中译名的方法。回顾Waterhouse和Lewis命名体系,分析现有命名体系存在的问题,综合Waterhouse和Lewis命名体系各自的优点并融入中文翻译和系统命名的习惯,提出在以蔗果三糖的三种不同连接方式形成的三种异构体的基础上研究得出中文译名的方法。这套命名体系能够准确并明确地指代果聚糖的功能组分,规范和统一结构式和中文译名,避免混淆和误导的出现,对文献的编辑和检索带来准确和效率。贯彻果聚糖的系统中文命名法对于与同行业交流和在向国际市场推广中国的产品乃至与国际研究技术同步的进程中具有重要的意义。
Application field of fructan had expanded unceasingly,and the research of fructan components had been becoming more and more deeply. Components of different structure were constantly found,but because of the lack of standardized systematic nomenclature,it was adverse to analyzing active ingredients of fructan,promoting and applicating. The systematic Chinese nomenclature of fructan was mostly discussed by this paper. After reviewing nomenclature system of Waterhouse and Lewis,analyzing the problems of nomenclature system,synthesizing the respective advantages of Waterhouse and Lewis nomenclature system,and incorporating the habit of Chinese translation and systematic nomenclature,Chinese nomenclature which based on three isomers of kestose with three different connection way was put forward. The functional components of fructan could be refered accurately and specifically by the nomenclature system and structural formula and Chinese translation should be unified,thereby avoiding confusing and misleading,so document editing and retrieval could be accurate and efficient. That systematic Chinese nomenclature of fructan was implemented was of great significance for communicating with the same industry and promoting Chinese products to the international market and even synchronizing with international research.
