基于双层规划的一类自行车专用道路网络设计问题 被引量:2

摘要 自行车出行可以缓解当前日益严峻的城市交通问题,是实现低碳交通的重要途径.在机动车道上划分出一定空间来构建自行车专用道路网络,可以保证自行车出行者的安全,促进自行车出行比率增加.然而,这势必将侵占机动车的道路空间.文章建立双层规划模型来刻画自行车共享城市机动车道的路网设计问题,上层从交通管理部门的角度对机动车和自行车出行者各自的利益进行权衡,以预算和连通性为约束,下层考虑机动车和自行车各自的用户均衡.模型通过遗传算法进行求解,算例验证了该算法的有效性. Cycling can be used to solve the increasingly serious traffic problem in most cities. On-road bike lane is useful to improve the safety of cyclists and the travel share of bike. This will, however, reduce the space of motor vehicles. This paper puts forward one bi-level programming model to describe how to share the motorway between cyclists and motorists. In the upper level, the trade-off is discussed in point of transport authority, with the constraint of budget and connectivity. Then, bike flow and vehicle flow are assigned by user equilibrium in the lower level. One genetic algorithm is designed to solve this model, which is verified by one numerical example.
