中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察及作用机制探讨

The effects of chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis and analysis of the mechanism

目的探讨中西医结合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法将我院收治的103例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统西医治疗,观察组采用中西医结合疗法,观察两组患者临床症状改善情况、血清炎性因子水平、临床疗效及复发率。结果观察组临床症状积分及肠镜下症状积分均明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血清炎性因子IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率及复发率均低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法能显著改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床症状,降低血清炎性因子水平和复发率,提高临床治疗效果,在溃疡性结肠炎临床治疗中具有重要应用价值。

Objective： To explore the effect and the mechanism of chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods： According to a stratified randomization method,156 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients in the control group were treated with western Medicine,the observation group were treated with chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group,two groups of the clinical symptoms,the level of serum inflammatory factor,the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate. Results： The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the score of clinical symptom,there are significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the level of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α,there are significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in total clinical efficiency and recurrence rate,there are significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese and western medicinecan significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,to reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor and the recurrence rate,it has important clinical value in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
