瑞芬太尼在产科麻醉镇痛中的应用

Application of remifentanil in anesthesia analgesia in obstetrics

目的探讨瑞芬太尼在产科麻醉镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取我院自2013年10月～2014年10月间收治的产科患者240例作为研究对象,随机将其分成两组即对照组患者（120例）,观察组患者（120例）,前者采用氯胺酮进行麻醉,后者采用瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,对比两组患者的镇痛麻醉效果。结果观察组患者术后的不良反应、清醒时间和出院时间等差异显著,具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论在产科镇痛过程中采用瑞芬太尼麻醉效果显著值得临床上推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the effect of remifentanil in anesthesia and analgesia in obstetrics. Methods： 240 cases of obstetrics patients treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October were randomly divided into two groups： control group（ 120 cases）,observation group（ 120 cases）,the former was treated with ketamine anesthesia,the latter was used to anesthesia,compared with two groups of patients with anesthesia effect. Results： the observation group of patients with postoperative adverse reactions,awake time and discharge time and other differences were significant,with statistical significance,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： the effect of remifentanil anesthesia in obstetric analgesia is significant.
