循证护理预防小儿漏斗胸术后呼吸系统并发症的效果观察

Observation on the effect of evidence-based nursing applied to pectus excavatum postoperative respiratory complications

目的评价循证护理应用于小儿漏斗胸全麻术后减少呼吸系统并发症的效果。方法将本院自2012年10月至2015年8月期间收治的45例全麻手术患儿设成循证组与前期治疗的50例对照组比较,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予循证护理,观察两组漏斗胸患儿的呼吸系统并发症以及家长对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组呼吸系统并发症发生率明显低于对照组。实验组患儿家长对护理服务各项指标的满意率显著高于对照组。结论循证护理够有效降低小儿漏斗胸全麻术后呼吸系统并发症的发生率,并能提高护理服务质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： Objective： To evaluate the effect of evidence-based nursing applied to pediatric pectus excavatum postoperative respiratory complications. Methods： From October 2012 to August 2015,45 cases of pectus excavatum applied with general anesthesia were experimental group and Compared with early treatment of 50 cases of the control group,with 80 cases in each group. The control gr oup received routine care,the experim ental gr oup received evidence-b ased care,to observe children＇S respiratory co m plications an d p arents＇ satisfaction of nursing services. Results： The incidence of respiratory com plications of the experim ental group was significantly lower than that of the control group. parents＇ satisfaction with care services in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusions： The evidence-based nursing can reduce incidence of postoperative respiratory complications,and enhance quality of care,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
