舒适护理在老年慢性心衰患者护理中的应用

Application on senile patients with chronic heart failure by the comfortable nursing care

目的探讨舒适护理在老年慢性心衰患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治老年慢性心衰患者76例,随机分为观察组及对照组各38例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组则在对照组常规护理基础上采取舒适护理。结果观察组的心理情况和满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(92.11%)明显高于对照组(71.05%)(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间、水肿消退、气喘缓解、心率恢复时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年慢性心衰患者实施舒适护理,有效减轻老年人的不适,最大限度地满足患者的生理、心理需求,使其顺利接受治疗,加速各种症状的恢复。

Objective： To explore the application on senile patients with chronic heart failure by comfortable nursing care. Methods： 76 cases elderly patients were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group received routine care,the observation based on comfortable nursing care. Results： The psychological situation of the Group and satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total efficiency of observation group was 92. 11%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 71. 05%）. Observer Group＇s hospitalization,edema,asthma relief,heart rate recovery time significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The comfortable nursing care not only can makes the elderly of psychological discomfort,but also can reduces meet the patient＇s physiological and psychological needs,accelerating the recovery of various symptoms.
