摘要
目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者血清高同型半胱氨酸(Hey)、尿酸(UA)和炎症因子的变化意义。方法2011年8月至2015年2月选择在朝阳区左家庄社区卫生服务中心诊治的老年原发性高血压患者140例作为观察组,同期选择在我院进行体检的健康老年人140名作为对照组。两组都进行血清尿酸、高同型半胱氨酸和C-反应蛋白水平检测,并进行临床资料调查和相关性分析。结果观察组的血清尿酸[(453.09±64.29)μmol/L比(330.22±45.02)μmol/L]、高同型半胱氨酸[(41.22±13.32)μmol/L比(11.92±10.36)μmol/L]和C-反应蛋白[(13.42±2.48)mg/L比(3.09±1.34)mg/L]含量均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。二元线性相关分析显示,在观察组中血清尿酸、高同型半胱氨酸和C-反应蛋白两两之间都呈现明显正相关(P〈0.05)。多元Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,血清尿酸、高同型半胱氨酸、c-反应蛋白水平均为导致老年原发性高血压发生的独立危险因素(P〈0.05)。结论老年原发性高血压患者大都伴有血清尿酸、高同型半胱氨酸和c-反应蛋白升高,三者可互相影响,均为高血压发病的危险因素,都参与了高血压的发生。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy), uric acid (UA) and in- flammatory factors in the essential hypertension elderly patients. Methods From August 2011 to February 2015 in Chaoyang District Zuojiazhuang Community Health Service Center, selected 140 elderly essential hypertensive pa- tients as the observation group, choose the medical examination of 140 healthy elderly as the control group at the same period in our hospital. Serum uric acid, homocysteine and C-reactive protein level were detected in both groups, and the clinical data and the correlation analysis were invested. Results The serum uric acid (453.09± 64.29 )μmol/L, homocysteine(41.22±13.32)μmol/L and C-reactive protein( 13.42±2.48)mg/L levels in the obser- vation group were significantly higher (330.22±45.02)μmol/L, (11.92±10.36)μmol/L, (3.09±0.34)mg/L, com- pared to the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). In the observation group, the binary linear correla- tion analysis showed that serum uric acid, homocysteine and C-reactive protein between any two were showed sig- nificant positively correlation (P〈0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum uric acid, ho- mocysteine, C-reactive protein levels were the independent risk factors to the essential hypertension elderly pa- tients(P〈0.05). Conclusion Elderly patients with essential hypertension are accompanied by high levels of serum uric acid, homocysteine and elevated C-reactive protein, the three indexes can affect each other that may be risk factors for hypertension.
