摘要
简述了多线切割机的轮系结构,提出了一种可行的弹簧张紧机构,设计了工控机加PCI总线I/O板卡的硬件体系,建立了罗拉电机和张紧机构的控制系统传递函数模型。针对系统的时变特性,设计了综合免疫算法和微分项的控制器。最后,分别在Matlab环境中和机器上进行了仿真实验和试验,仿真和试验结果表明所设计控制系统具有一定的可行性和有效性。
The structure of wheel train is introduced in brief, then a practicable tensioning device using spring is proposed. The hardware architecture is designed based on industrial PC and I/O card with PCI bus, and then the transfer function models of roller motors and tensioning device are built. Additionally, the controller combining the immune algorithm with derivative argument is designed to solve the problem of time-varying system. Finally, the simulation and testing is implemented with Matlab and multi-wire saw respectively, and the results demonstrate that the supposed control system is effective.
