论“伊斯兰国”对赴欧洲难民的态度

ISIS's Standpoints on the Issue of Refugees Flowing to Europe

本文通过媒介内容分析解读"伊斯兰国"的宣传策略,并提炼出其对赴欧洲难民的态度:一是以"希吉拉"义务规定迁移的合法性;二是对欧洲的妖魔化,放大移出的危险;三是对自身的美化,强调留下的利益;四是在"哈里发国"的立场上对难民进行分类对待,总体上持"外强硬、内怀柔"的两难态度。研究表明,政治诉求与宗教极端主义意识形态二者共同勾勒出"伊斯兰国"的难民观图景,深入理解"伊斯兰国"的难民态度有助于寻求难民问题的解决之道。

This paper carries out research on analysis of ISIS's media and propaganda,from which are generalized to ISIS's standpoints on the issue of refugees flowing to Europe.First,legalize the migration according to Al-Shari'ah and Hijra;second,demonize European countries and maximize the risk of migration;third,gloss over ISIS itself and overstate the merit of stay in Islamic state,finally,with the political standpoint of Khalifah kingdom,ISIS categorise refugees into three groups,matching different strategies to belonging,and generally stands its ground of a placatory core with tough shell.The research,which is helpful to addressing the current refugee crisis,shows that the two determinants of ISIS's standpoints on the issue of refugees are political ambitions and islam ultra ideology.
