摘要
天祝煤矿3228工作面在回采过程中出现三次突水,最大突水量为77.2 m3/h,严重威胁着工作面的安全生产。在充分分析矿井和工作面地质及水文地质资料的基础上,采用煤层顶板"上三带"(垮落带、导水裂缝带和整体弯曲下沉带)理论、水文地质学原理、地表岩移理论等,并结合地表裂缝带的研究成果,分析了工作面突水水源及突水机理。结果表明:3228工作面煤层回采过程中,其导水裂缝带穿透了上覆窑街组含水层,窑街组含水层是工作面的主要突水水源;地表裂缝和导水裂缝带不连通,金沙河河水和苦水峡组含水层中的水均不会溃入工作面。3228工作面水质化验资料证明了上述分析的正确性。在此基础上,采用"大井法"对3228工作面的涌水量进行计算,计算结果与实际出水量基本一致。并制定了相应的防治水措施,确保了3228工作面安全回采。
Three water---inrush incidents happened during mining the coal seam of 3228 working face in Tianzhu Coal Mine, the maximum outflow rate was 77.2ma/h, which seriously threatened the safety production of 3228 working face. On the basis of fully analyzing the geological and hydrogeological data of mine field and the working face, adopting " Up Three Zone" Theory of coal seam roof ( the caving zone, water flowing fractured zone and bending sinking zone) , principles of hydrogeology and theory of ground surface strata movement law, and combining the research results of ground fissure, the water source and mechanism of 3228 working face' s water - inrush were analyzed. The results showed as follows : in mining the coal seam of 3228 working face, the water flowing fractured zone penetrated Yaojie Formation aquifer, Yaojie Formation aquifer was the main water source of 3228 working face' s water - inrush ; the surface crack could not connect the water flowing fractured zone, so the water of Jinsha River and Kushuixia Formation aquifer would not rush in the mined - out area of 3228 working face. The working face ' s water quality testing data proved the correctness of the above analysis. On this basis, the outflow rate of 3228 working face was calculated by open well calculation method, the calculating result and the actual value were in general unanimous. And the appropriate measures of water prevention and control was drawn up, it ensured the safety production of 3228 working face.
