A rbitrators are not judges and handle cases without depending on any power. Based on the trust from parties in arbitration or their own good reputation,they justly arbitrate according to facts and laws as common People with their legal thinking and professionalism.Therefore, arbitrators should not seek full control in arbitration (especially during the trial).
