我院门诊西药房不合理处方点评与分析

Review and analysis of irrational prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy in our hospital

目的 点评、分析邢台市第一医院门诊西药房不合理处方的原因及对策。方法 抽取2014年1~6月医院每月1~10号的门诊普通处方,根据《处方管理办法》《医疗机构处方点评管理规范》等对不合理用药处方进行分析并提出建议。结果 共抽取处方12 026张,不合理处方总数为496张,平均处方合格率为95.88%,主要不合理用药类型为不规范处方278张,不适宜处方233张,超常处方3张。结论 门诊西药房不合理用药现象普遍存在,采取有效的管理措施对促进临床合理用药具有重要的意义。

Methods General prescriptions for hospital outpatient, from January 2014 to June, every month first days to tenth days, According to Prescription Administrative Polic, Medical institutions prescription review manage- ment specification and so on to analyze and put forward suggestions for irrational drug use. Results A total of 12 026 prescrip- tions,irrational prescriptions totaled 496, the average pass rate was 95.88%, the 278 prescription medication is not standard- ized,not suitable for the 233 prescriptions, Extraordinary 3 prescriptions. Conclusion The irrational use of drugs in hospital outpatient pharmacy is common, to take effective measures has important significance to promote the clinical rational use of drugs.
