琥珀酸亚铁、维生素C联合赖氨酸治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血的临床研究

Ferrous succinate joint lysine and vitamin C clinical research for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia pregnant women

目的观察琥珀酸亚铁、维生素C联合赖氨酸治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的200例缺铁性贫血孕妇随机分成治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组口服琥珀酸亚、维生素C均为每次0.1g,每天3次口服;赖氨酸0.1g每天3次口服,对照组口服琥珀酸亚、维生素C均为每次0.1g,每天3次口服。疗程均为1个月,观察3个疗程。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为95.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白饱和度(TS)均有改善,且治疗组在治疗第2个月后改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁、维生素C联合赖氨酸治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血安全且疗效可靠,明显缩短治疗时间,为胎儿的发育争取宝贵的时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women with iron succinate, vitamin C and lysine. Methods 200 cases of iron deficiency anemia pregnant women were randomly divid- ed into two groups, treatment group and control group, 100 cases in each group, the treatment group was treated with succinate, vitamin 0. l g was 0.1 g,3 times a day orally,three times a day orally,the control group was treated with succinate, vitamin C was 0.1 g,3 times a day. The course of treatment was 1 months and 3 courses of treatment were observed. Results After 3 months treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0% ,higher than that of 95.0% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment ,2 groups of HCT, SF, Hb and TS were improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） after second months of treatment. Conclusion Ferrous succinate,vitamin C combined with lysine in the treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia safe and reliable, significantly shorten the treatment time, for the development of the fetus for valuable time,worthy of clinical application.
