42例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的护理分析

Analysis of 42 cases of nursing care of children with cough variant asthma

目的：探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效护理方式和护理的效果。方法：选取我院进行治疗的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者42例，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观察组。观察2组患者对护理的满意程度评分情况，比较2组患者护理的总有效率。结果：经过护理之后，对照组患者治疗的总有效率为66．67％；观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95．24％，观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组患者。在患者满意度评分情况方面，观察组患者的满意程度明显高于对照组患者。结论：在小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗的过程中对患者进行干预护理，能够有效提高治疗的总有效率，减少患者出现不良反应的情况，提高患者及其家属对护理的满意程度，具有极强的临床应用价值，值得推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effective nursing methods of children with cough variant asthma and the effect of nursing . Methods：selected in our hospital for treatment of 42 cases of infantile cough variant asthma patients , according to different nursing meth-ods for the observation group and the control group .Observe the score of two groups of patients satisfaction degree to nursing , total effi-ciency were compared between the two groups of nursing .Results：after nursing , patients in the control group the total effective rate of treatment was 66.67%;the patients in the observation group were treated with a total effective rate of 95.24%, observation and nursing effect was significantly better than that of the control group patients .In the score of patient satisfaction , satisfaction of patient observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group patients .Conclusion： in the process of children with cough variant asthma treatment in patients of nursing intervention could effectively improve the efficiency of total treatment , reduce adverse reactions in patients with the situation, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families for nursing , with strong clinical application value, it might be worth to promote the use .
