摘要
引入系统耦合思想,从理论上推解了耦合优化原理,并构建了人力资本与经济增长的系统耦合模型;结合我国省城1982—2011年就业人口的人力资本数据,对人力资本与经济增长之间的关联性特征进行了测算。我国各省区人力资本与经济增长两系统的耦合程度在低水平上持续递增,但两系统间的非协调发展特征非常明显;同时耦合水平在空间上呈现由东至西递减态势,四大区域及省城间存在巨大差距,且有增大趋势。
On the basis of understanding coupling idea and deducing the coupling optimization principle, a coupling model of the human capital and economic growth has been build. Combining with the provincial employment human capital data from 1982 to 2011 in China,the correlation characteristics between human capital and economic growth has been measured. It come to a conclusion that the coupling inces is continuously increasing degree of human capital and economic growth in various provat a low level. However these two systems are obviously in a state of uncoordinated development. Meanwhile the coupling degree is diminishing from east to west in a view of space. There are huge gaps which are increasing among the four main regions and subordinated provinces.
