新疆维吾尔族农民从”固守田园”到”外出务工”嬗变的理性分析

新疆农村维吾尔族农民外出务工是一个非常值得关注的新动向。长期以来,新疆维族农民固守田园,维系着传统的生活习惯。在改革开放逐步深入的当下,维族农民尝试着离开熟悉的家乡到陌生的城镇闯世界。通过文献、访谈、实证分析发现:维族农民有较强的外出务工意愿,困扰他们从"固守田园"到"外出务工"嬗变的最根本的因素是城镇非农就业能力。强化外出务工的技能,提高城镇务工的适应性是破解维族农民外出务工的有效途径之一。

Egress laboring of Uygur farmers in Xinjiang is a very noteworthy new phenomenon. They stick to the pastoral and maintain the traditional habits for a long time. Now they try to leave the familiar home to a strange place to make a living with the deepening of reform and opening up. This article found that the most fundamental factor of hindering the Uygur farmers＇ egress laboring is the lack of non - farm employment ability, and Uygur farmers in Xinjiang have strong intention of egress laboring through literature, interviews and empirical analysis. Therefore,the effective way to egress laboring of Uygur farmers in Xinjiang is helping them to strengthen their non -farm employment ability and improve their adaptations in city.
