摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理对提高门诊换药患者满意度的影响和干预方法。方法随机从2014年1月~2015年5月来我院门诊换药的患者当中选出110例,将其随机分为两个小组,每组55例患者。对其中一组患者采用常规护理干预,作为对比组;对另外一组患者则采用人文关怀护理干预,作为研究组。分别就两组患者对护理态度满意度和伤口换药工作满意度进行记录。结果本次研究中,研究组患者对护理态度总满意度为96.36%(53/55),明显高于对比组83.64%(46/55);研究组患者对伤口换药工作满意度为98.18%(54/55),明显高于对比组87.27%(48/55)。两组数据存在较大差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论利用人文关怀护理方法能够有效提升门诊部护理效果,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,同时提升对患者伤口的处理质量,改善护患关系。
Objective To explore humanistic care to improve clinic treatment effect of patient satisfaction and intervention method. Methods To select 110 patients for outpatient treatment from 2014.1 to 2015.5 and divide them into 2 groups randomly, control group were treated by routine nursing intervention, research group were treated by humanistic care.
