摘要
目前瓷砖抛光生产线存在能耗虚高等问题,亟须优化瓷砖抛光生产工艺以降低能耗。基于控制变量法,建立瓷砖抛光材料参数配置策略模型,以仿真实验刻画瓷砖质量及能耗在抛光生产中的演变过程,研究了皮带传送速度对抛光行为和能耗的影响。研究表明瓷砖的最高点越低,能节约的能量越多。
Currently, there are many deffcts m the production line of ceranfic polishing such as high energW consumption. So it is an urgent mission to optimize the technical processes in order to cut down the energy consumption. We establish the mdel of parameter configuration strategy, based on the controlling variable method, we do simulation experiments bv the above equations and model, so as to depict the evolution in both quality and power consumption.Moreover, we study the impact of transmission speed of belt on polishing and high energy consumption. The results manifest that the lower highest point of ceralmc, the more you can save the energy.
