乳腺组织中COX-2、Ki-67和HER-2的表达及临床意义

目的:研究乳腺组织中COX-2、Ki-67及HER-2表达和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法测得COX-2、Ki-67及HER-2在乳腺癌和乳腺良性肿瘤中表达情况。结果:COX-2、Ki-67,HER-2在乳腺癌中的表达明显高于良性乳腺肿瘤组织,COX-2、Ki-67的表达与HER-2呈正相关(r=0.74,r=0.77,P<0.05);COX-2、Ki-67、HER-2的表达与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2、Ki-67、HER-2是判断乳腺癌预后的参考指标,联合检测三者对乳腺癌预后判断有重要临床意义。
