浙江省太阳能标准化技术组织发展现状与对策研究

The Research for Present Situation and Countermeasure of Zhejiang Province Solar Technology Standardization Organization

发展与完善太阳能标准化技术组织可推动该产业健康快速发展。通过对浙江省与国内外同类标准化技术组织在组织建设、标准制修订情况等方面进行对比分析,发现浙江省太阳能标准化技术组织存在着工作体系不完善,标准缺失滞后等问题。在此基础上,提出完善标准化工作机制、积极发挥行业协会作用等对策建议,供主管部门等相关方参考,以更好地推动浙江省太阳能产业发展。

Developing as well as perfecting the solar energy standardization technology organization can promote a begin and rapid development of the industry. Through comparing and analyzing the aspects such as the construction of organization, the setting and revision of standard between the solar energy standardization technology organization in Zhejiang province and comparable domestic and international organization, we found some problems such as the incomplete work system and a lag as well as a lack of relative standard are apparent among the solar energy standardization technical organization in Zhejiang province .Based on these, we propose to improve the standardization level of the work mechanism, and suggest that relative organization should actively play a role of industry association in order to better promote the development of solar energy industry in Zhejiang province. In addition, some other detailed countermeasures in the article are for reference.
