以不同结构的低聚物二醇为软段,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为硬段,采用预聚法合成聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)。研究了MDI/(BDO/TMP)体系中低聚物二醇结构和相对分子质量对PUE性能的影响。结果表明,当低聚物二醇相对分子质量相同时,以聚己内酯二醇PCL-220N为原料合成的PUE的拉伸强度和回弹性最好,综合性能较优异;软段相对分子质量的增大会使PUE硬度减小,回弹性增大。
With the prepolymerization method, a series of polyurethane elastomers were synthesized using different structure oligomer diol as soft segment, 4,4'-diphenylmethane-diisoyanate ( MDI), 1,4-butanediul (BDO) and trimethylolpropane(TMP) as hard segment. The influences of the soft segment structure and molecular weight on the mechanical properties of the PU were discussed. The results showed that the tensile strength and resilience of PCL-220N PU elastomer was highest when polyester were similar. The elastomer comprehensive performance was more excellent. The PU elastomer hardness decreased and resilience increased when the molecular weight of PU soft segment increased.
