摘要
利用转炉物料平衡中的氧平衡,结合现场300 t顶底复吹转炉的生产数据,建立了转炉炉渣FeO动态预测模型。利用该模型可以预测炉渣FeO含量,还可以计算炉渣FeO含量与顶吹氧气量和炉渣磷分配比LP的变化关系。验证结果表明:模型计算的炉渣FeO含量与实测值吻合度很高,绝对误差在5%以内、相对误差在10%以内的占80%以上。
A FeO mass fraction dynamic model of prediction in slag of converter was established combined with tile production data of 300 t top-bottom combined blowing converter, using the oxygen balance of converter material balance. It could predict the mass fraction of FeO in slag and the relationship between the FeO mass fraction in slag and top-blowing oxygen quantity, phosphorus distribution ratio Lp. The results showed that the FeO mass fraction calculation of slag had a good agreement with the measured value, and the ratio of absolute error less than 5 % and relative error less than 10 % was more than 80 %.
