摘要
某军队医院绩效评估指标体系的运行和绩效管理工作的改进,切实调动了医务人员积极性,并促进医院目标的实现;同时存在一些问题,如存在不作为指标、评分标准不明确、临床科室按绩效分考评对科室超劳影响有限等。医院对绩效评估指标体系进行周期性修改,增加重要效率、质量指标,明确指标评分标准,并提高超劳补助中绩效奖占比;军队医院绩效评估指标体系仍需灵活修改,提高评估指标可操作性,注重反应性等公益性指标,依托信息化提高评估效率。
The improvement of the performance evaluation index system and performance management work in certain military general hospital has mobilized the enthusiasm of medical workers and promoted to achieve the goals of the hospital. However, there were some problems at the same time, such as nonfeasance indicators, unde- fined scoring criteria, and limited influence to subsidy. The hospitals should modify the performance evaluation in- dex system periodically, increase the indicators of efficiency and quality, define the scoring criteria, and improve the proportion of performance award in overwork subsidy. The index system needs to be modified flexibly to improve operability of indicators. In addition, Public welfare indicators should be paid more attention. And the information system can be implied to improve efficiency of evaluation.
