The new medical reform makes military hospitals confront with the following problems, including decreasing acceptance, weakening core competency, difficult talent reserve, etc. Combining with the main contents of new medical reform, the article analyzed the impacts and put forward some countermeasures, such as active coor- dination in the reform, promoting the transformation, and extensive cooperation and common development, so as to further promote comprehensive development of the hospital.
