摘要
介绍南通大学附属医院引入医疗质量安全事件上报系统进行医疗风险管理,以医疗安全事件上报数据作为支撑,建立医疗风险应急信息管理制度,形成医疗质量安全事件的采集、监测、评估、预警、处置系统的实践及体会。
The artical introduced the parctice of medical risk management in nantong university affiliated hospital by medical quality and safety incident reporting system, which took medical safety event reporting data as support, established medical risk emergency information management system, formed the medical quality and safety incidents of acquisition, monitoring, evaluation, early warning, and disposal system.
