摘要
目的通过对护士护师进行短期、中期、长期职业目标的制定及职业规划指导,使护士护师能有计划、有目标地完成护理职业化快速转变及提升。方法根据医院开展住院诊疗技术内容设置护士护师的职业规划专业理论及专业技能的知识培训内容,医院编印了《护士护师职业规划执行手册》,配发给每位入职护理人员,由个人、科室、护理部完成对每名护士的职业规划的督导、培训、持续改进,从而实现护士护师的职业化快速成长。结果《护士护师职业规划执行手册》使用两年来,科室及护理部按照每月、每季、每年检查督导护士职业规划内容及目标的完成情况,分阶段对每个人的职业发展进行个性化分析及指导,护士的专业理论掌握及专业技能操作能力显著提升,成长期望能按照自己设定的目标顺利完成。结论医院应用职业生涯规划执行手册能有效促进护理人员职业成长和成熟。
Objective Through the development of the nurses short, medium, long - term career goals and ca- reer planning guide, nurses can complete a planned target of nursing professional rapid transformation and upgrading. Methods According to the diagnosis and treatment skill contents of hospital carrying out, setting up the knowledge training contents of career planning professional theory and professional skills of the nurses. The hospital published ca- reer planning execution manual of nurse, and distributed to each new entry nursing staff. By the individual, clinical de- partment, and nursing department, to complete the career planning, supervision, training, continuous improvement of each nurse, so as to realize the professionalization of the nurse practitioner to rapid growth. Results The execution handbook has been used for two years. The clinical department and nursing department inspected and supervised the completed situation of career planning contents and aims according to the monthly, quarterly and yearly, analyzed and guided the career development of everyone in each stage. The professional theory and professional skills of the nurses significantly increased, whose growth is expected to set your goal smoothly. Conclusion The applications of career planning handbook in hospital could effectively promote the nurses professional growth and maturity.
