摘要
目的探讨部队医院为部队官兵健康体检工作的做法与体会。方法通过设立部队体检月、军人体检专区、专门军人健康管理室,深入为部队官兵健康体检及健康知识宣教;通过官兵体检满意度调查,评估为兵服务效果。结果健康管理中心从多方位深化健康体检管理,为部队官兵提供了优质、便捷的服务。部队官兵对健康体检专业技术水平、服务态度、体检流程等满意率均得到了显著提高。结论健康管理中心从多方位深化健康体检管理,为部队官兵提供优质服务,取得了较好的预期效果。
Objective To study the experience of health physical examination for the army officers and sol- diers in military hospital. Methods We completed the health physical examination and health education propagan- da for the army officers and soldiers, through establishing the special month of health physical examination, the are- a of examination, and the special room of heahh management for the army. We assessed the effects of service the army by surveying satisfaction of the officers and soldiers. Results Health management center deepened the health physical examination management from multiple direction, in order to provide high quality and convenient services for the army. The satisfaction rates of the army on the professional technology of health examination, the attitude of service and the procedure of examination, are significantly improved. Conclusion It has been achieved good ex- pected results that Health Management Center deepening health management from multiple direction to provide high quality services for the army.
