一株具有群体感应的膜污染层优势菌分离鉴定 被引量:1

Isolation and Identification of a Dominant Strain from Membrane Fouling Layer and Its Characteristics of Quorum Sensing

摘要 利用膜生物反应器(MBR)对模拟生活污水进行处理,随着反应器的运行,系统膜污染不断加剧,膜通量逐渐下降,运行15 d后已无法维持膜通量的稳定状态.从MBR膜污染层分离得到37株优势菌株,以紫色杆菌Chromobacterium violaceum 026为报告菌,其中1株菌能够产生短链酰基化高丝氨酸内脂(AHLs)群体感应信号分子.经薄层层析(TLC)和高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)检测进一步表明该菌株所产生的信号分子为C4-HSL,经16S r DNA测序比对,初步鉴定为Aeromonas hydrophila. The synthetic wastewater was treated by a membrane bioreactor ( MBR ) . The membrane fouling of MBR was increasing with this bioreactor ’ s running and it had been unable to maintain the stability of the membrane flux at the 15th day. 37 dominant strains were isolated from membrane fouling layer,a strain of them was able to produce the acyl-homoserine lactones ( AHLs) . And the AHLs were the signal molecules of quorum sensing (QS) proved by the report bacterium of Chromobacterium violaceum 026. The further testing results of TLC and HPLC-MS/MS indicated the signal molecule produced by the strain N27 was C4-HSL. The N27 isolate was classified into Aeromonas hydrophila based on the phylogenetically identified result of 16S rDNA sequencing.
