摘要
介绍了我国婴幼儿奶粉奶源的质量安全现状、风险评估现状及未来研究发展趋势,围绕最新实施的《企业生产婴幼儿配方乳粉许可条件审查细则(2013版)》,建议新形势下在加强全产业链、企业自建奶源基地等方面开展婴幼儿奶粉风险评估,以确保婴幼儿奶粉的质量安全。
This paper introduced the status of quality and safety,risk assessment and the development trends of infant formula milk powder in China. Around the latest implemented rules for the examination of licensing criteria for enterprises producing formula milk powder for Infants and Young Children( 2013 Version),we suggested to carry out risk assessment of infant milk powder under the new situation in view of strengthening the whole industry chain,and focusing on the enterprise self-built milk source base,to ensure the quality and safety of infant milk powder.
