淫羊藿保健酒常温浸提工艺研究

摘要 研究了淫羊藿保健酒常温浸提的工艺条件,以淫羊藿总黄酮提取量为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验优化了淫羊藿保健酒常温浸提的工艺条件。结果表明,各因素对黄酮提取量影响的顺序为:乙醇浓度对黄酮提取量影响最大,料液比次之,浸提时间影响最小;最佳浸提工艺条件为:乙醇浓度为70%、料液比1∶40、浸提时间3h。在此条件下,淫羊藿总黄酮提取量为95.53±1.36mg/g。 The extraction technology of epimedium healthy wine at room-temperature was optimized by measuring the extraction amount of flavonoids. The ranges of the factors and levels were ascertained through the single factor controlled experiments. The optimal parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis were obtained by using the orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the order of the factors influencing of the extraction amount of flavonoids: concentration of ethanol solid-liquid ratio extraction time. The optimized the process condition was: concentration of ethanol 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40,extraction time 3h. On this condition,the extraction amount of flavonoids of epimedium was 95. 53 ± 1. 36( mg / g).
