摘要
膳食中脂肪的摄入水平与慢性非传染性疾病的发生关系密切,倍受国内外学者的关注,本文对膳食脂肪摄入与慢性非传染性疾病关系的研究进展予以综述。
The consumption of dietary fat have close relationship with chronic non-communicable diseases,and has been paid more attention by the domestic and foreign scholars. This paper reviewed the research progress on the relationship between dietary fat and chronic non-communicable diseases.
