摘要
以"奶油1号"和"五月慢"2个品种的油菜种子为材料,研究300、600、900、1200mg/L Pb(CH3COO)2和30、60、90、120mg/L CuSO_4处理对种子萌发期间的毒害效应。结果表明:与对照相比,随着Pb、Cu浓度的增加,油菜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数均降低;同一浓度的Pb、Cu处理,"五月慢"种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数受到的抑制作用较"奶油1号"更为明显;表明"奶油1号"对Pb、Cu污染环境的适应性更高。
"Cream No.1"and"May slow"seeds were chosen to study the poison effect of 300,600,900,1200mg/L Pb(CH_3COO)_2and 30,60,90,120mg/L CuSO_4 on Brassica chinensis seeds during the course of germination.The results showed compared to the CK,the inhibition on germination rate,genination potential,germination index and vital index significantly increased with increasing concentration of Pb and Cu.At the same concentration of Pb and Cu,The inhibition effect of"May slow"seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index was more obvious than that of"Cream No.1"in "May slow",which indicated that the"Cream No.1"was more adaptive to Pb and Cu.
