摘要
填料是决定红外隐身涂料红外性能的关键因素。从红外隐身原理出发,得出降低目标红外辐射强度的2个措施:降低红外发射率和控制表面温度。综述了包覆改性、微胶囊改性、化学镀表面改性和表面化学改性等4种填料表面改性技术及其在红外隐身涂料中的应用进展情况。最后,展望了填料表面改性技术在红外隐身涂料中应用的发展方向。
The filler is the key factor which determines the infrared stealth coating properties. Based on the principle of infrared stealth, it is concluded that there are two measures of reducing the infrared radiation intensity of targets, including reducing the infrared emissivity and controlling the surface temperature. Four kinds of filler modification methods and their application progress are reviewed in this paper, including coating technology modification, microcapsules modification, chemical plating modification and surface chemical modification. In the end, the development tendency of the filler surface modification technology applied in the infrared stealth coating is prospected.
