974例女性健康体检者乳腺彩超检查与乳腺触诊检查结果对比分析

The Comparation between Breast Color Ultrasonic Examination and Breast Palpation Examination in 974Healthy Women

目的:探讨乳腺触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果,并比较2种检查结果,以利于对不同乳腺检查方法的合理选择。方法:选择2011年1月至2015年6月来院进行健康体检女性974例,同时采取乳腺触诊及乳腺彩超的检查,并比较二者的检测结果。结果:正常组及增生组乳腺触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果的相符情况基本相同,在70.0%左右;乳腺结节乳腺触诊及乳腺彩超的检查结果的相符率为39.9%。结论:在不同年龄段及不同乳腺疾病的检测应合理选择不同的乳腺检查方法。

Objective： To explore the results of the breast palpation and breast color ultrasonic examination,and to compare the two kinds of examination results,in order to facilitate the proper choice of different methods for examination of breast. Methods： A total of 974 healthy women were selected. They were given the breast palpation and breast color ultrasonic examination,and two kinds of test results were compared. Results： In the inspection rate of the normal group and the hyperplasia group,test results were consistent,at about 70. 0%. In the diagnosis of breast nodules,consistent rate of the results of the breast palpation and breast color ultrasonic examination was 39. 9%. Conclusion： In different ages and different breast diseases,we should reasonably choose different methods of examination of breast.
