摘要
目的:探讨心外科ICU成年患者有创血压监测的护理方法。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月至2015年1月302例成人患者心脏术后有创血压监测和护理。结果:302例患者中,经桡动脉置管294例,肘动脉置管8例;留置时间为12 h^7 d,平均时间36 h。2例患者拔管后出现青紫现象,均无其他并发症的发生。结论:采取科学有效的有创血压监测的护理措施,能够预防并发症的发生,使患者顺利渡过手术期,取得满意的临床效果。
Objective： To explore the nursing method of invasive blood pressure monitoring in adult patients after cardiac surgical in ICU. Methods： The clnical data of 302 cases of adult patients after cardiac surgery from Jan 2014 to Jan 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 302 patients,294 patients had radial artery catheterization,8 cases were placed in the elbow,and the time was 12 h-7 d,the average time was 36 h. And 2 patients after extubation bruising phenomenon,there were no other complications. Conclusion： Scientific and effective nursing measures can prevent the occurrence of complications,so that patients can successfully pass the operation period,and achieved satisfactory clinical results.
