沈阳市农业信息化服务体系运行效果评价

The Running Effect Evaluation of Agricultural Information Service System in Shenyang City

农业信息化是建设现代农业的重要路径,农业信息化服务体系建设是农业信息化的关键保障。沈阳市农业信息化服务体系建设在辽宁省内位居前列。为科学评价沈阳市农业信息化服务体系运行效果,在构建沈阳市农业信息化服务体系评价指标基础上,运用统计方法,对调研资料和数据进行分析,进而对沈阳市农业信息化服务体系运行效果进行综合评价,对农村信息站单独进行评价结果表明,沈阳市农业信息化服务体系运行总体良好,农村信息站运行较好,但县区间差异明显,可通过加快信息化服务队伍建设、建立农业信息的采集和发布制度、政府加大对农业信息化发展滞后地区扶持力度、完善农业信息服务网络和努力提高农民的综合素质等措施进一步完善沈阳市农业信息化服务体系。

Agricultural informatization is the important path of building modernized agriculture. The service system construction of agricultural information is the key to the agricultural inforrnationization. The service system construction achievements of agricultural information in Shenyang city is at the forefront of Liaoning province. For scientific evaluation to running effect of agricultural information service system in Shenyang City, based on the evaluation index of agricultural information service system, the paper uses the statistical method, analyzes the research data, and synthetically evaluates the running effect of agricultural information service system, at the same time, evaluates the rural information station alone. The results shows that the agricultural information service system generally runs well in Shenyang city, and the running of rural station is good, but the difference of county is obvious, so Govermment departments at all levels can further improve the agricultural information service system by speeding up the team construction of informationization service and other measures in Shenyang City.
