摘要
研究了在电解液中添加C_(16)EO_(10)和Bi_2O_3、InBi_2O_3制备不同类别的锌粉,并对合成的锌粉的形貌、视密度、振实密度、析气量进行了检测分析,以及电性能的研究。结果表明,用C_(16)EO_(10)和Bi_2O_3、InBi_2O_3制备的锌粉的视密度分别为0.48 g/cm^3、0.47 g/cm^3,振实密度分别为0.98 g/cm^3、1.00 g/cm^3,析气量分别为0.09ml/(1g·3d)、0.08 ml/(1g·3d)。用Bi_2O_3、InBi_2O_3制备的锌粉具有较好的大电流密度放电性能。
This paper studies different zinc powder preparation with C16EO10 or Bi2O3 、 In2O3 in the electrolyte. It analyzes morphology, apparent density, tap density, the amount of the generated gas and the electrical properties of synthetic zinc powder. The result shows that the apparent density, the tap density and the amount of the generated gas of zinc powder obtained by C16EOlo and Bi2O3, In2O3 are 0.48 g/cm^3, 0.47 g/cm^3 ; 0.98 g/cm^3, 1.00g/cm^3; 0.09 ml/ (lg*3d ) , 0.08 ml/ (lg*3d ) , respectively. The zinc powders preparation with Bi203, In203 has preferable high current density discharge performance.
