Engineering education professional certification is the inevitable trend and inner demand of engineering education reform,and also an opportunity for colleges and universities to propel the professional construction and improve the quality of training talents. As a professional required course in electronic information,optoelectronics with the whole English teaching is very important under the background of international education increasingly development.
