A^2O-MBR工艺处理焦化废水运行实践与改进

摘要 对山东钢铁股份公司莱芜分公司焦化厂新区的废水处理工艺部分装置进行了升级改造,改造主要围绕着改善出水水质、稳定MBR膜运行、实现关键参数的有效调控及改善作业环境等方面进行。改进后,污水处理工序运行稳定,出水指标达到了回用水标准。同时对改进前后系统运行的优缺点及关键影响因素进行了对比分析。 Equipment for the wastewater treatment of the coking plant of Laiwu company of Shandong Steel Co.,Ltd.upgraded,the transformation around improving water quality,stable operation of MBR,achieve control of key parameters and improve the working environment. The wastewater treatment process is stable after improvement and the water index reached the reuse water standards. The advantages and disadvantages and the key factors of system operation are analyzed before and after improvement.
