气浮-EGSB-接触氧化工艺处理洗毛厂废水

摘要 根据洗毛厂废水的特点,采用气浮、EGSB和两级接触氧化法处理该污水。在进水BOD5、CODCr和SS分别为10000、13000和8000 mg/L时,经处理后出水平均值分别为17.5、60.6和14.0 mg/L,出水水质符合《毛纺工业水污染物排放标准》(GB28937-2012)的排放限值。依据洗毛厂废水的特点,在运行调试过程中,对处理工艺进行适当的改进。实践结果表明,当进水污染物含量高于设计值时,出水水质仍能够达标。 According to the characteristics of the wastewater from wool washing,so air floation,anaerobic and two contacted oxidation process was used to treat the said wastewater. When the BOD5,CODCrand SS of the influent has a level of 10000,13000 and 8000 mg / L,the drain has a level of 17. 5,60. 6 and 14. 0 mg / L,respectively,the effulent quality meets the "Wool Industrial Water Pollutant Discharge Standards"( GB28937- 2012) first line an emission standard. Based on the characteristics of wool scouring wastewater,improve appropriately the process during in the debugging process. Results of the operation showed that when the influent levels of pollutants higher than the design value,the effulent also in keeping with discharage standard.
