摘要
设计并合成一系列乙烯基二肽类似物。以马尿酸为原料合成了5个乙烯基二肽类似物,结构经过MS、IR和1H-NMR鉴定。合成的5个目标化合物,均未见文献报道。
A series of new vinyl dipeptides analogues were designed. 5 vinyl dipeptides analogues compounds were synthesized by hippuric acid. The structures were characterized by MS, IR and 1H-NMR, 5 novel compounds were synthesized.
