以5-氯-8-羟基喹啉和氯乙酸钠为原料经一步反应合成了5-氯-8-喹啉氧基乙酸(解草酸),通过p H计对反应后处理过程中的p H进行精确的控制,得到一系列不同p H的解草酸,并用离子色谱和火焰光度计对所得到产品中氯离子和钠离子含量进行检测,最终确定合成较高纯度和产率的最佳p H条件。
The product of 5-chloro-8-quinolineoxyacetic acid (Cloquintocet) was synthetized from 5-chloro-8-hydroxyquinoline and sodium chloroacetate. A series of different pH values of cloquintocet were prepared by the precise control of pH value during work-up procedures using PH meter. The contents of chloride and sodium ion were detected by ion chromatography and flame photometer, and ultimately the optimum pH conditions of the synthesis of high purity and yield were determined.
