重载车辆变速箱油摩擦特性的同步器试验台评价

摘要 利用WS2001变速箱同步器台架对2种变速箱油进行了台架试验,在综合考虑变速箱油氧化安定性、抗泡性和摩擦耐久性的基础上,建立了一种评价同步器用油性能的综合评价方法。该方法包括f-N-T性能试验、试验程序Ⅱ和摩擦耐久性试验3部分。试验发现:f-N-T性能试验能考察在用油随换档次数和温度变化时的摩擦学性能和氧化安定性;试验程序Ⅱ可考察在用油泡沫特性和析水能力对使用的影响,并可通过加水来增强加试验苛刻度,尤其对高质量变速箱油,仅加入0.05%的水就能有效提高试验效率与台架区分性;耐久性试验与试验程序Ⅱ结合可很好地评价锁环式变速箱同步器用油的摩擦耐久性能。采用该评价方法对一种新研制的变速箱油进行了评价,表明研制油具有更好的f-N-T性能,能够满足长寿命使用的要求。 A comprehensive evaluation method was developed for evaluating the friction performance of the synchronous machine transmission oils (SMTOs). The method was based on the WS2001 transmission test bench, oxidation stability, anti foam stability and durability test. The method includes 3 parts:f-N-T (friction coefficient, shift life and temperature) performance test, the test procedure Ⅱ and durability test. The results show that thef-N-T performance test can examine the influence of shift life and temperature on friction performance and oxidation stability of SMTOs. The test procedure Ⅱ can evaluate the influence of foam characteristics and water separating ability on the using of SMTOs, it shows a good distinguish ability to different SMTOs. The test procedure Ⅱ increases test severity by adding water to SMTOs, especially for high quality lubricating oil, only 5 % adding amount of the water can effectively shorten the test time and improve the distinction. Durability test and test procedure II can determine the life of SMTOs. The WS2001 transmission test bench was used to evaluate a new developed SMTO, it is showed that the developed SMTO can meet the application requirements of long life and excellentf-N-T performance.
