LED用导热尼龙6复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘要 通过PA6与导热填料、增韧剂等共混经双螺杆挤出机挤出制备了一种适用于LED灯座用的尼龙复合材料。研究了2种不同增韧剂的用量对导热系数及力学性能的影响;并利用此2种增韧剂复配,研究了其不同的复配比对导热系数及力学性能的影响,得到了最佳配比,在该配比下拉伸强度59.3 MPa,断裂伸长率12%,弯曲强度122 MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度4.1 Kj/m^2,导热系数1.421 W/m K,具有优良的力学性能与导热性能。 A nylon composite applicable for LED lampholder is made by extruding the mixture of PA6, heat-conducting filler, toughening agents and other ingredients with a twin-screw extruder. The correlation among the dosage of the two toughening agents and mechanical properties, thermal conductivity of the said composite is studied in the paper; and through re-composition of the two toughening agents, the correlation between different mixing ratios of the two toughening agents and the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the composite is also studied in the paper, thus obtaining the optimum ratio, wherein the tensile strength, the elongation at break, the bending strength, the impact strength of cantilever beam notch and the thermal conductivity of the formed composite are 59.3 MPa, 12 %, 122 MPa, 4.1 Kj/m2 and 1.421 W/mK respectively, showing excellent mechanical properties and thermal conductivity.
