摘要
目的:优选金银花中绿原酸的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以紫外分光光度法测定提取物中绿原酸的含量。结果:对绿原酸提取结果影响因素的大小排序为:加水量>浸泡时间>浸泡温度>提取时间,筛选的最佳提取工艺为:浸泡温度为60℃,浸泡时间为0.5 h,加水量20+18倍,提取时间1+0.5 h。结论:优选的提取工艺经济、简便,绿原酸提取效率高。
Objective: To improve the extraction process of the chlorogenic acid of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Methods: The contents of the chtorogenic acid in extract were determined by orthogonal design and UV spectrophotometry measurements. Results: The factor impact on the results sort of the magnitude of the water addition〉soaking time〉 soaking temperature〉extraction time, The optimum 60 ℃ soaking temperature,soaking 0.5 hour, 20+ 18 times water, 1+0.5 h extraction. Conclusion: The method was cheap and simple and effective.
