摘要
由于工艺调整造成润滑油加氢装置二号白油汽提塔(C-203)气相负荷偏大,加之C-203塔顶挥发管线偏细且有一段水平管段,以及C-203作为填料塔的结构特点,再加上C-203液控阀(LV-20402)自动状态的投用,使得C-203液位大幅、频繁波动,给装置平稳生产造成了不良影响。为解决这一问题,先将LV-20402改为手动状态,固定开度,用流控阀(FV-20401)调节二号白油产品出装置的量以控制液位稳定,在之后的技改中将塔顶挥发线管段扩径改造,安装时将原水平管段倾斜,改造后C-203液控阀投用自动状态,C-203液位恢复稳定。
Heavy gas phase load of NO.2 white oil stripper (C-203) of lubricant hydrotreating unit caused by changed process, smaller volatilization pipe at the top of C-203 with partially flat line, the feature of C-203 as a packed tower, and the application of automatic mode of level control valve of C-203 (LV-20402) lead to frequent and significant level fluctuation of C-203, which makes bad influences on steady production. To solve this problem, LV-20402 was switched to manual mode and the opening extent was fixed, we used FV-20401 to control the mount of extraction products in order to maintain the steady level of C-203. In the later, the diameter of volatilization pipe was increased and the pipe was installed with inclination angle. After the technical transformation, LV-20402 was switched to automatic mode and the level of C-203 return to stability.
