摘要
新建本科院校师资队伍主要以青年教师为主,其实践教学经验不足、实践能力薄弱,严重制约着高素质应用型人才培养目标的实现。因此加强青年教师的实践能力培养,是新建本科院校师资建设的重要任务之一。
The lack of experience in teaching practice, weakness of practical capability of the young teachers who take up a biggish proportation of all teachers in new colleges severely restricts the implementation of cultivating the high grade human beings in application layer. Thereifore to strengthen the practical capability of the young teachers is one of the important tasks of Teachers construction of new colleges.
