某高尔夫球制品企业职业病危害及其关键控制点分析

Occupational hazards and critical control points in the workplaces of a golf product enterprise

目的调查某台资高尔夫球制品企业职业病危害因素,分析其关键控制点,为该行业职业病防控提供依据。方法依据GBZ159-2004对工作场所空气中有害物质进行监测,采用职业卫生调查和职业病危害因素检测方法综合分析关键控制点。结果该企业职业病危害因素主要有噪声、手传振动、高温、矽尘、砂轮磨尘、其他粉尘、电焊烟尘、丙酮、正庚烷、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、正丁醇、三氯乙烯、苯、甲苯和二甲苯等。工作场所噪声强度超标率为59.2%,振动超标50.0%,矽尘超标80.0%,砂轮磨尘超标36.4%,其他粉尘超标13.3%,高温超标22.2%,电焊烟尘超标25.0%,其他危害因素均低于职业接触限值。结论高尔夫球制品企业职业病危害因素种类多,职业病危害关键控制岗位为喷砂作业、大切作业、小切作业、磨浇口作业、打磨抛光作业和震壳作业,应采取综合防控措施控制有害因素,预防职业病发生。

Objective To investigate and analyze occupational hazardous factors and critical control points in the workplaces ofa Taiwan - capital golf product enterprise so as to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control strategies of relative occu-pational diseases. Methods The occupational hazardous substances were monitored on the basis of GBZ159 - 2004 specifica-tions. Occupational sanitary survey and detection of occupational hazard factors were used to comprehensively assess critical controlpoints. Results The main occupational hazard factors were noise, hand- transmitted vibration, high temperature, silicadust, grinding wheel dust, particles not otherwise regulated, welding fume, acetone, n- heptane, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate,n- butyl alcohol, trichloroethylene, benzene, toluene and xylene, etc. The unqualified occupational hazard factors in the work-places included noise, vibration, silica dust, grinding wheel dust, particles not otherwise regulated, high temperature and weldingfume, with the over standard rates of 59.2%, 50.0%, 80.0%, 36.4%, 13.3%, 22.2% and 25.0% respectively. Concen-trations or intensities of other hazard factors were all below occupational exposure limits. Conclusions There are many kindsof occupational hazard factors in the golf product enterprise. The critical control points of the occupational hazards are sand -blasting operation, large cutting operation, small cutting operation, grinding gate operation, polishing operation and shell-shocking operation. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken to control occupational hazardous factors soas to prevent occupational diseases.
