在社区糖尿病患者中开展结核病健康教育的效果评价

Evaluation on the effectiveness of tuberculosis health education among community patients with diabetes mellitus

目的评价依托国家基本公共卫生服务项目在社区糖尿病患者中开展结核病健康教育的效果。方法对重庆市沙坪坝区詹家溪和石井坡社区卫生服务中心登记的糖尿病患者进行为期1年的结核病防治知识健康教育干预活动,并比较基线组和干预组问卷调查数据。结果建立结核病健康教育模式前后,结核病防治信息的总知晓率分别为46.3%、74.2%,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各条信息的知晓率均较干预前提高,除"肺结核的检查治疗机构"这条信息外,其余信息的知晓率在干预前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托国家基本公共卫生服务项目,在社区糖尿病患者中开展结核病健康教育可显著提高其结核病知识知晓率。

Objective To assess the effectiveness of health education regarding tuberculosis （TB） prevention and control a-mong community patients with diabetes mellitus （DM） based on the national basic public - health service project. MethodsWe conducted 1 - year health education concerning TB prevention and control among DM patients registered by Zhanjiaxi andShijingpo community health service centers in Shapingba District. The data from questionnaire investigations were compared be-tween the baseline group and the intervention group. Results Before and after the intervention, the total awareness rates ofTB prevention and control information were 46.3 % and 74.2 % respectively, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.After the intervention, the awareness rate of each piece of information was increased as compared with that before the interven-tion. There were statistically significant differences in the awareness rate of each piece of information before and after the inter-vention except the awareness rate of information regarding TB examination and treatment institutions （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Conducting health education on TB among community patients with DM based on the national basic public- health serviceproject can significantly improve the awareness about TB - rdated knowledge.
